Who we are
Living Stone Homes, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation. We were created to address housing needs among individuals and families with limited financial resources.
We bring together donors, volunteers, construction professionals, suppliers, nonprofit partners, and community supporters to make housing projects possible.
We plan a project the way a build gets planned: scope it, budget it, permit it, and do not start until the money and the materials are committed.
A community in which families facing financial hardship have a realistic pathway to stable housing.

Our mission
To help low-income individuals and families obtain safe, dignified, and affordable housing through charitable construction, rehabilitation, housing assistance, volunteer service, and community partnerships.
What we value
We serve people with compassion and treat them with dignity and respect. We practice stewardship, using donated funds, materials, and volunteer labor responsibly. We keep transparent records and communicate honestly, because integrity is the only thing a new organization has. We work in community with local residents, businesses, faith communities, nonprofits, and public partners. We focus resources on practical impact we can measure. And we hold to service: the needs of the family come first on every project.

Our officers
Three officers, and between them the three things a housing project needs: the work, the money, and the schedule.
- Varoly Olivares President
- Coordinates each project with the licensed contractors and qualified trades who carry out the work, and walks the job to confirm that what was scoped is what gets built.
- Nayshla Blacker Treasurer
- Keeps the books — purchase and payment records, the accounting, and the documentation behind every disbursement. Our financial controls
- Dafney Soza Secretary
- Handles incoming calls, places material orders, and schedules volunteers around each project.
All three currently serve as uncompensated volunteers.
Where we stand today
Living Stone Homes was formed on July 21, 2025 as a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation, document number N25000009605. Our federal EIN is 39-3318448.
We are early. Our corporate formation is complete and our federal filings are current. We are preparing our first housing project now. We have not completed a project yet, and we will not tell you otherwise.
