Ways to help

On the job site: Demolition, cleanup, painting, landscaping, hauling, and general labor under supervision. Bring closed-toe boots and water. Florida sun is not a joke.
Skilled trades: If you hold a license, we want to hear from you. Licensed work is performed by licensed contractor partners, and we are always looking for more.
Off the job site: Not every job is on a site. We need help with intake calls and follow-up, Spanish and English translation, photography and writing, event help, data entry and record keeping, grant research, and driving and material pickup.
Groups: Companies, congregations, service clubs, and school groups can take a build day together. Tell us how many people, what date, and what they can do.

What we ask of you

Show up when you say you will.
Follow the site supervisor. Every time.
Stay in your lane — do not take on licensed work.
Protect the family’s privacy. That is the next section, and it matters.

Privacy on the job site

This is not optional.

Families we serve are not content. When you are on one of our sites:

Do not photograph the family, their children, or anything that identifies them or their address.
Do not post the location.
Do not share details of their situation, on social media or anywhere else.

When we tell a project story publicly, we explain the housing need without exposing the family. We show milestones, volunteers, materials, and partner contributions. We ask written permission before anything identifiable is published, and we accept “no” as an answer.

Where we are today

We are a new organization preparing our first project. Right now we are building the volunteer list, not scheduling build days.
